In our latest project, we bridged the gap between a modern mobile Seller App and the robust Tally accounting system.
The Challenge
A local distribution business was struggling with delayed order processing. Sales representatives collected orders on paper or through messages, which were then manually entered into Tally by the accounting team. This lead to a 24-48 hour delay and frequent errors in stock levels.
The Solution
We developed a custom API gateway that connects a React Native Seller App to a local Tally instance. When a seller places an order, it hits our API, validates the inventory, and instantly creates a Sales Voucher in Tally.
Results
**Speed:** Order processing time reduced from 24 hours to 5 seconds.
